Refund policy

You can cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving a reason. The 30 days start from when you (or someone you choose) receive the product.

 

To cancel, you must inform the company (by email, post, etc.) that you want to withdraw. You can use their return form, but it’s optional.

 

It’s enough to send your cancellation notice before the 30-day period ends.

Effects of the Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from the purchase agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any costs already incurred in connection with the order, such as shipping or handling expenses, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

The refund will be made as fast as possible. We will use the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement itself.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are also responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The products shall be returned entire and appropriately packaged, rather in their original packaging, with all the relevant ornaments and accessories.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists, among others, in case of agreement for

1. The supply of goods tailor made or clearly personalised;

 

2. The supply of sealed goods, which were unsealed after the delivery and thus are not suitable for the return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply in case of use, even partially, of the good or if the good has been washed.

We reserve the right to refuse the restitution or total refund of the  sums paid for the products, if the products are missing any of their label, tag or original packaging, or if the products have been modified  in their characteristics or qualities or have been damaged.
