Shipping policy

Shipping is provided by normal postal services or DHL or others similar alternatives, the later options mainly for more remote locations. Express courier and shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order.

 

Estimated delivery times from the shipping date

Europe - Express Shipping:

o 1-2 working days for the main destinations

o 2-5 working days for the remote destinations.

 

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2-7 business days pending stock availability

 

During certain periods of the year, like for example Christmas or other holidays, delivery times may be longer than expected.

 

Certain countries may not be able to receive a shipment (please check the list below).

 

Silk Nest is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to force majeure events beyond the control of Silk Nest.

 

Shipping tracking

 

When the order is shipped, customers may receive an e-mail from Silk Nest with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. This may however not always be the case, depending on the shipping provider used.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DUTIES OR TAXES THAT MAY BE APPLIED. THESE EXPENSES ARE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT.
